POST-MATCH HIGHLIGHT MSL 11: Sharbinee persistences denied three point for Negri Sembilan.

The heroic performances by the Malaysia National goalkeeper ruined Azraai Khor first competitive day out with Negri Sembilan.


A new managerial means a lot tactical change deployed as Shukor Adan back to his original position in midfield, left the exciting lads,Halim Zainal on the bench. A new partnership for Aidil as Qhairul Anwar has been pushed to the centerhalf position. Mahathevan omitted from the starting list after poor performance shown in the friendly against PDRM last week. The home side start well as they kept attacked in both flank. The experience duo, Idris and Shukor really convincing as they hold the midfield with clean pass seeking for the run of Fakhri and Hairuddin.

The 1st corner saw Aidil made a super header equal to Sharbinee spectacular as the first goal denied.The defense of Terengganu couldn't hold last as Fakhri deflected shot easily passed helpless Sharbinee, scrappy first goal as the new striker finally find his touch with his new club.

Shocked with that early goal, Terengganu gathered all energy in search for the equalizer. The new centerhalf partnership was proved not good enough as Qhairul side was easy to torn apart, Farizal at full stretch as he covered all the mistakes by his defend.

At the 20th minute, Hairuddin power a screamer from distance towards Sharbinee's goal, but unfortunately hit the bar. Sharbinee looked already been beaten. Terengganu awarded a freekick at the late stage of the game. Ashaari thunderous shot read brilliantly  by Farizal Marlias. What a spectacular save.

At injury time, Idris Karim made a clumsy challenge on Josepeh Kalang. He's lucky to get away with only yellow card, should be brand with red.

Start of the second half, once again Idris and Shukor combined well in midfield with a lot of possession between them. More short around central area,really good to watch. Close to the hour mark, once again poor defending shown as Manaf Mamat easily through in penalty area and slot the ball beyond the reach of Farizal Marlias. Same old story like the previous coach, just couldn't defend a first half lead, still vulnerable when defending counter attack.Easily gave away the ball to the opposition. At the 71th minute, Azraai made a first substitution by brought off Shahurain for Aminuddin. After that, a lot of chances for Negeri, but Sharbinee really hits his top form today with chance after chance saved.

At the injury time, Aminuddin made a super run down to th right channel, pass three defend into the penalty box, he square a perfect ball to Halim who clearly in a good position to score the winner, but he missed it, poor finish shown by him, clear chance in front of the goal. Sharbinee once again denied us. A really gloomy night for Negri's fan. Should win the game at the first place. Till then, adios.
