Pre-Season Match: Negri Sembilan v PDRM ,Post-Game Analysis

By EEAM

As I promised to guys, there will be a match report for Negri’s final friendly before MSL kick off that just one week away.

Negri Sembilan dominated premier league side PDRM at STAR of Paroi on Saturday's night but just could not score. It was a night of frustration. Nothing else could describe how gloom that night was for Negri's fans. I as the correspondent for ZEST SC for that night was stunned by the poor performance by the whole player, lack of creativity, urgency, wasted of chances, and not sharp in front of goal, this worrying with the kick off Malaysian Super League just around the corner. I was at the home ground of Negri for the 4 previous series of pre-season fixtures. They did better at the game against MBSA, Kuala Lumpur and Johor FC. Yes, they did draw against premier league new boys Sime Darby FC but in that night the performance was exceptional.

Back to the game, yes, they (Negri) did create several opportunities, but most of it came from set pieces but we just couldn’t capitalize. Thunderous free kick from the center half, Aidil denied spectacularly by the persistence of PDRM's first choice man between the post. We lack of team work, as i heard a lot of anger shown by the new captain, Shukor Adan. Not to forget, as always individual error. I saw  a lot of that in each half. Malaysia National Team forward, Fakhri Sharani still yet to get along comprehensively with the experiences player, maybe the best from him still yet to come. There are so many thing did happen, but i don’t take a note back at STAR . The game ended  scoreless .So guys till then, adios.
